Playgroup at Macey's

We went on a playgroup to Macey's Grocery Store this week ... they gave us a tour of all the departments and the behind the scenes areas.While we were getting ready to go, Marley asked what we were doing and I told her we were going to the grocery store to take a tour ... she was a bit confused and asked, "well, do they have a playground or something?" No playground, but lots of fun anyways. The ladies in the deli were even kind enough to offer the kids some hair nets to wear! I wish this picture wasn't so fuzzy, it was really funny. The produce manager was showing the kids the new shipment of "monkey pickles" / cell phones. What??Our tour guide was great, a super funny girl. A little odd but that's what made her so great. She is showing off the selection in the meat department ... cow feet, chicken feet, pig feet. She actually asked, "Do you know who Wilbur is? Well .... here's his feet!" AH!At the end of the tour, the kids got to try their hand at being a cashier!
